That adds an additional layer that owner-operators or smaller fleets don’t have to contend with as much.”

Ezra explained how the platform helped improve their drivers’ load acceptance process and vehicle inspections: “One of the biggest challenges we had was drivers not following special instructions or not providing thorough vehicle inspections. Super Dispatch has a video that walks drivers through the process step-by-step. When we identify drivers who aren’t doing the process correctly, we send them the link to that video.”

Taurus Auto Group also integrated Super Dispatch with DataTruck to gain access to advanced analytics and dashboards. This allowed them to monitor fleet performance, analyze lane profitability, and make data-driven decisions to optimize their operations. Ezra shared, “Super Dispatch’s integration helps us dive deeper into analytics to understand what levers we need to pull to influence performance.”

Ezra attributed this growth to their ability to scale operations while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. “During the pandemic, it was like, if you could put a truck on the road, you were busy. Now we’re being more disciplined about how we grow, and Super Dispatch has been a big part of that,” he explained.

Ezra shared an example: “One customer told us they had 100 loads to move in the next two weeks. Within 30 minutes, we started seeing the loads being built on the platform. It definitely saves time because we already know what’s coming up.”

Ezra explained, “We look at data daily to understand how our company fleet is performing, which lanes are the most profitable, and how we can improve individual productivity.”

The platform has also improved the driver experience by making all documents and instructions accessible through the Super Dispatch app. Ezra noted, “Before, it was a nightmare. Drivers would lose paperwork or leave it at the customer, and we’d be playing catch-up. Now, everything is at their fingertips.”

Finally, Super Dispatch has helped Taurus Auto Group meet customer KPIs and deliver on-time pickups and deliveries. Ezra emphasized the importance of this, saying, “We use Super Dispatch to track pickup and delivery times versus actuals, so we can focus on what’s most important to the customer.”
