Bek Abdullayev is not just the founder and CEO of Super Dispatch; he’s a visionary committed to revolutionizing the car hauling industry. What started as a driver app has blossomed into a powerhouse of automotive logistics technology, making waves across the U.S. Super Dispatch connects the auto transport world with cutting-edge technology and unparalleled human support, streamlining the auto transport process. Before launching this venture, Bek was busy co-founding several innovative startups, like Startup Games, which brings together passionate startup communities, and Route Management, designed to fine-tune delivery routes for optimum efficiency. Beyond his entrepreneurial spirit, he lends his expertise to TEDxKC as a board member and shares his insights on entrepreneurship as a lecturer. A proud two-time national debate champion hailing from Uzbekistan, Bek also carries a degree in international business and marketing from Park University, showcasing his dedication to both education and the entrepreneurial journey.

Stan Deak is the dynamic Chief Revenue Officer at Super Dispatch, bringing a wealth of experience to the role since 2022. Before joining the Super Dispatch team, he made waves at Copado, a top-tier DevOps solution provider, where he spearheaded the Enterprise Healthcare Sales team and crafted go-to-market strategies that spanned multiple sectors. His journey also includes a noteworthy stint as the General Manager at Skynamo, where he successfully kicked off their U.S. operations and built a strong customer base from the ground up. In 2011, Stan co-founded Experience, a cutting-edge fan experience technology company that quickly earned recognition as a frontrunner in the industry. A proud Georgia Tech alumnus, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, equipping him with a solid foundation to drive success in the tech landscape.

Matt is the CEO of Super Dispatch and is responsible for company strategy and operational execution. He served as an advisor to Super Dispatch’s board of directors before becoming the CEO.
Prior to Super Dispatch, Matt served as the CEO of Cloudsnap, an integration software company, where he led the company from its early stages to a successful exit to Paylocity. Prior to Cloudsnap, Matt served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Rackspace, helping the company grow to $2.5 billion in revenue. He started his career at Morgan Stanley as an investment banking analyst. Matt received his MBA from The Wharton School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia.
Matt lives in the suburbs of San Francisco with his wife and two young boys that are the center of his universe. He also likes to play basketball and eat chicken wings, but not at the same time.
