What Shipper Pro tier is right for me?

The right tier depends on how many vehicles you move and/or post each month. Whether you’re moving a few dozen or several thousand, we offer flexible tiers to match your volume and budget. Need help deciding? Our team can recommend the best fit based on your average monthly VIN count—just reach out for a quick consultation.

What does the renewal process look like?

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle for uninterrupted service. You’ll receive a notification beforehand, so you’re always in the loop.

How do I make a change to my subscription?

To change tiers or purchase add-ons, send an email to us at [email protected]. We’ll help you switch to the tier that best fits your current needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Our payment process is designed to be straightforward and secure.

What happens if I go over my posted or delivered VIN limit?

Each plan includes a monthly limit based on delivered VINs and lets you post each VIN up to 1.5x that limit at no extra cost. For example, if your tier includes 100 VINs, you can post up to 150 times per month—reposting or editing the same VIN within the same month won’t count against your total. If you exceed your tier’s limit, an overage fee applies per additional VIN delivered or posted as detailed in our plan pricing tiers. You can also upgrade your tier at any time to better match your volume.

What does setup and onboarding look like?

Every subscription includes dedicated onboarding support to guide you through setup and verification. From account configuration to load management, our team is here to ensure a seamless, thorough onboarding experience from day one.

Do I have to pay extra for support?

No, support is always free. We’re committed to your success and have phone, email, and chat support available during business hours to assist you. We also have a robust Help Center full of great tutorials.
