In July 2017, all OEM carriers were mandated to adopt an electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) system. This shift aimed to integrate these new systems with their existing Transportation Management System (TMS). Right Way Auto saw this transition as an opportunity to optimize their operations and increase their efficiency.
To comply with the new ePOD mandate, Right Way Auto decided to become a Super Dispatch customer. Super Dispatch offered a seamless integration with their existing systems via APIs. In collaboration with other OEM haulers, Super Dispatch developed API and EDI integrations, enabling all OEM carriers to become ePOD compliant. With Super Dispatch, Right Way Auto’s operations were streamlined and simplified.
