For Carriers
OEM EDI Loads Now Supported in Carrier TMS
Available Now
If you move OEM loads, you know the frustration of juggling separate systems. Not anymore.
Carrier TMS now provides EDI support for OEM vehicles end to end. You can import OEM EDI loads directly into your TMS and manage them right alongside loads from the Super Loadboard, dispatch sheet imports, or manual entries.
Why it matters: One system. One workflow. No more switching between platforms to handle OEM freight. Your dispatchers can plan, assign, and track everything from a single source of truth. That means fewer errors, faster planning, and better visibility across your entire operation, whether you’re moving dealer trades or factory deliveries.
What you can do today:
- View OEM EDI vehicles in Carrier TMS
- Bundle vehicles into loads
- Assign loads to drivers
- Track vehicles through the full TMS lifecycle
- See assigned vehicles awaiting release, including detailed vehicle information
Coming in April: Sub-haul OEM EDI vehicles to other carriers directly from Carrier TMS, giving you more flexibility and coverage while keeping everything visible and trackable.
Suggested Loads Just Got Smarter
Available Now
We improved when and where Suggested Loads appear, so you see relevant options exactly when you need them. Suggested Loads now show up in Super Loadboard and during key actions like requesting a load or importing your own loads.
The result? Better visibility and easier booking when you’re ready to move. Find backhaul opportunities faster, keep your trucks loaded, and maximize revenue per mile without hunting through hundreds of irrelevant loads.
Carrier Activity Log
Available Now
When your team is growing, it’s hard to keep track of every change happening across your account. The new Carrier Activity Log brings that visibility directly to Carrier TMS with real-time notifications for important actions across your entire operation, not just on loads.
You’ll now see exactly when:
- User details, permissions, or roles are updated
- Drivers are reassigned to loads
- Company profile or billing information changes
- Users are invited, deactivated, or removed
- Company-level notifications are turned off
- Suspicious login activity is detected
Why it matters: Running a carrier business requires trust and accountability. If billing details change unexpectedly or permissions are quietly removed, you’ll know the moment it happens, not days later. Owners and admins get a clear view of who did what and when, making it easier to catch unauthorized changes, close security gaps, and hold your team accountable without micromanaging.
One feed. Full visibility. Peace of mind that your account is running the way you set it up.
Clearer Payment Visibility in Carrier TMS
Available: February 28
We simplified how payment information displays in the load view. We updated the payment information display in the load view to make it easier to read, with two clear sections:
Payment Status shows whether your payment is on the way, there’s an issue, the shipper is delaying, or it’s complete.
Payment Agreement shows what was agreed when you accepted the load offer (same as your dispatch sheet) and alerts you if terms changed along the way.
Why this helps: No more hunting for payment details. Spot issues faster, resolve disputes quicker, and give your drivers and back office the information they need without the runaround. When payment terms change mid-load, you’ll know immediately.
Location-protected Attachments
Available: March
Sensitive documents like gate passes are now protected until drivers are physically on-site.
Shippers can mark specific attachments as location-protected, keeping them locked until the driver is within one mile of the pickup location. Once they arrive, the documents unlock automatically. Not every attachment needs protection — shippers choose what to protect and what to leave open.
Why it matters: Cargo theft is a growing problem across the industry, and one of the most common tactics involves bad actors accessing gate passes early and using them to enter a facility and steal a vehicle before a legitimate driver ever shows up. Location-protected attachments close that window. If a document can’t be accessed until a driver is physically there, it can’t be used to get somewhere they’re not supposed to be.
One small setting. A meaningful step toward keeping your freight and facilities safer. Learn how to set up location-protected attachments. Some of you already have access to this now. If you don’t you will in the next few weeks.

For Shippers
Bulk Order Tool
Partially Available Now
Moving dozens or hundreds of vehicles from the same locations? The new Bulk Order tool lets you create multiple orders at once and send offers or post them to the Super Loadboard in bulk.
This is especially useful when you need to create orders without VIN information, like rental car agencies moving fleets between locations.
Why it matters: What used to take hours now takes minutes. Create your orders, choose your route, and get them to carriers fast. Scale your operation without scaling your workload. Less time on data entry means more time managing your actual business. Check out this article to learn more.
AutoIMS Integration
Available Now
Auction customers using both Super Dispatch and AutoIMS can now automatically create orders from AutoIMS in their Super Dispatch account.
One less manual step. One more reason to love automation. Reduce data entry errors, speed up order creation, and ensure your auction inventory moves exactly when and where it needs to go.
Pricing Insights Pro
Available Now
Stop guessing at pricing. Pricing Insights Pro gives you deeper lane-level data including price ranges, lane volume, and price trends.
Instead of relying on a single recommended price, you can see how a lane actually behaves in the market. You can price more confidently, stay competitive, and increase your margins. Know when you’re paying too much, when you can negotiate lower, and when market conditions justify a premium. It’s the pricing intelligence you need in a tight market. Learn more.
