Where do SuperProtect signals show up?
Inside the screens you already use to book: load requests, direct offers, and carrier profiles. Alerts appear on the carrier profile, along with the signals that triggered them. No second login, no new tab, no integration work.
What kinds of carrier behaviors does SuperProtect track?
Account-level activity (recent email or phone changes, multiple account edits), loadboard behavior (request volume relative to driver capacity, targeting of high-value vehicles, logistically impossible bookings), and platform history (time on Super Dispatch, ratings, vehicles transported). It’s a mix of behavioral and historical signals — combined with public FMCSA data.
Does SuperProtect block carriers or just flag them?
Flags, not blocks. SuperProtect surfaces signals and risk levels so you can make an informed call — it doesn’t make the call for you. Shippers stay in control of every dispatch decision. The same signals also power Super Dispatch’s internal fraud investigations, so what shows up in your workflow is the same intelligence our team uses to keep the marketplace safe.
How is this different from FMCSA, Highway, or MyCarrierPortal?
FMCSA shows you public records, a snapshot of paperwork. Highway and MyCarrierPortal focus on carrier onboarding and compliance, and offer integrations into TMS platforms. SuperProtect is different on two counts: it’s native to the Super Dispatch dispatch workflow rather than connected to it, and beyond public and external records it also draws on first-party data from inside Super Dispatch, the carrier behavior no third-party tool can see. Many customers use both an onboarding tool and SuperProtect.
What does an alert actually look like?
Alerts appear on the carrier profile with three categories — Super Dispatch Activity, Entity & Registration, and FMCSA Compliance. Each category shows a status (Passed, Review recommended, or Failed) and a counter showing how many checks passed versus failed. You can see exactly which checks triggered the signal, decide how to proceed, and dismiss the alert once reviewed.
