Your T&Cs will display on your BOL, which will be seen by all shippers that you do business with and can be entered on the same screen that you enter your other carrier information.

While clearly not the most exciting, having a well-written and clear T&C is crucial for doing business – and it’ll be present on all of your BOLs, so you better make sure it’s written well, thorough, and covers everything necessary.

An excellent way to add a bit of personality to your business is by uploading a company logo. A logo is what visually defines a business, so make sure that you have a logo that’s attractive and accurately represents your company.
