Verified Carriers have the ability to get load offers, book loads, and have priority access in Super Loadboard. Unverified Carriers are users that have not provided the following documents, and must become verified within 30 days or else they will become forbidden from taking loads.

Additionally, users who fail to provide adequate work are “Blocklisted,” which indicates that they have an outstanding unresolved problem with a shipper, and are forbidden from delivering future loads.
