What’s New at Super Dispatch: March & April 2026

by

Diesel is sitting near multi-year highs, and many signs point to elevated fuel costs sticking around for a while. That’s the backdrop everyone in auto transport is operating against right now — everyone being asked to do more, with tighter margins, on tighter timelines. See our fuel and auto transport price tracker for timely updates.

A lot of what our product team launched this spring is built for exactly that environment. Tools that protect margins, consolidate workflows, and push back on fraud — with a brand new product to help carriers save on fuel close behind.

Let’s get into the details of what’s new since our last update.

For Carriers

A modern way to manage OEM EDI

Available now

If you move OEM loads, you’ve probably been living in two systems: one for your regular loads, one for the OEM portal. Carrier TMS now supports OEM EDI loads end-to-end, so you can receive, view, manage, and dispatch OEM loads alongside everything else.

You can receive OEM EDI loads directly into Carrier TMS, bundle vehicles into loads, and assign them to drivers — all alongside your other loads. From there, you can track each vehicle through the full lifecycle, see what’s still awaiting release, and sub-haul loads to other carriers when your own trucks are full. It all happens in one place, and it all stays trackable.

Why it matters: Last update, we shared that OEM EDI was coming to Carrier TMS, with sub-haul on the way. Sub-haul is now live — meaning the full OEM workflow runs inside one system, end to end. That means one dispatch board, one source of truth. No more flipping between platforms to figure out what’s moving where and the flexibility to keep loads moving even when your own trucks are full.

More SuperPay loads now offer Instant Transfer

Available now

Instant Transfer is the SuperPay feature that lets carriers pull their earnings into their bank account in minutes instead of waiting for the standard ACH window. We’ve recently expanded eligibility so that more SuperPay orders qualify for Instant Transfer. If a load is eligible, you’ll see the Instant Transfer option when payment is initiated.

Why it matters: Cash flow is the difference between a smooth week and a stressful one. Expanded Instant Transfer eligibility means more of your SuperPay loads can convert to cash on demand — putting the timing decision in your hands, load by load, instead of leaving you waiting on the standard payout window.

For Shippers

Pricing Insights: act on the recommendation in one click

Available now

We shipped two updates to Pricing Insights aimed at getting loads priced and posted faster. When you’re in the Pricing Insights drawer reviewing a recommendation, a new “Use Recommended Price” action drops the suggested price straight into your order form — no more copying numbers between screens. And if you’re working from the Pricing Insights page to quote a lane, you can now spin up the order right from that spot.

Why it matters: In a market where rates are moving week to week, every extra step between seeing the right price and acting on it is friction you don’t need. These two updates collapse a multi-step workflow into a single decision: do I want to move on this price? If yes, you’re already in the order.

Real-time GPS data, now available via API

Coming soon

If you’re using the Super Dispatch API, you’ll now be able to subscribe to webhooks for driver location, driver-provided ETAs, and GPS status — pulling that data directly into your own systems without polling, without a support ticket, and without waiting on a custom build.

Why it matters: This has been at the top of the request list from API customers for a long time. If GPS data feeds your customer portal, your dashboards, or your internal SLA tracking, you now have less infrastructure to maintain, fewer support touchpoints, and real-time visibility flowing into wherever you need it.

Vehicle masking on Super Loadboard

Pilot: Available upon request

We’re launching a new setting in Super Loadboard Settings that lets you hide vehicle details on loads posted to Super Loadboard. Carriers still get everything they need to bid, the sensitive specifics aren’t sitting on a public listing.

Why it matters: For dealers and any shipper worried about bad actors targeting loads based on what’s on them, this adds a meaningful layer of protection without disrupting how carriers find and bid on your loads.

It’s in pilot now — reach out to our support team if you want it turned on for your account.

For Everyone: Security & Trust

Stronger protection for carrier banking information

Live now in Shipper TMS · API enforcement begins June

We take the security of our customers very seriously, and we strive to protect user data while still giving users access to the information they need, when they need it.

As part of that, we’ve tightened how carrier ACH details are shown on the platform. Shippers with an active payment relationship continue to see full ACH details for those carriers. Otherwise, only the last four digits of routing and account numbers are shown.

The details: For Shipper TMS users, this is already live. For API users, a 60-day grace period is in effect, with enforcement beginning in June — make sure your team has reviewed your integration ahead of that date.

Gate Pass Protection in the Driver App

Live now

Cargo theft is a real and growing problem in auto transport, and we’re committed to helping shippers and carriers stay ahead of it. Gate Pass Protection is the latest release from our team aimed at protecting sensitive information and preventing theft.

Shippers can mark specific attachments, like gate passes, as location-protected. Those documents stay locked until the assigned driver is within roughly a mile of the pickup location, and then unlock automatically. Not every attachment needs protection, so shippers choose which to lock down and which to leave open.

Why it matters: We introduced Gate Pass Protection in our last update, and it’s now live across Shipper TMS. One small setting; one meaningful step toward keeping your cars and facilities safer. API support is on the roadmap.

Coming Soon: SuperCard and SuperAgents

SuperCard

Fuel prices have been a moving target this year, and the swings have been brutal on carrier margins. We’ve been heads-down on a tool to help you push back. SuperCard is a fuel and expense card offered exclusively to Super Dispatch customers, designed to put real savings back in your pocket.

Once you’re signed up, you’ll be able to find the cheapest fuel along your routes and track every dollar of spend and savings — all from the Super Dispatch app you already use to run loads.

And the savings are real. One pilot carrier saved roughly $370 in just a few weeks on about $3,700 of fuel spend — close to a 10% reduction.

Why it matters: Fuel is one of the largest line items in a carrier’s operation, and right now it’s also the most volatile. SuperCard puts a meaningful dent in that cost without adding another tool to manage. It’s rolling out to owner-operators first, with broader carrier and fleet access opening up over the next several weeks — keep an eye out for more info soon!

SuperAgents

SuperAgents is a team of virtual AI assistants (aka “agents”) built to work as an extra set of hands for your dispatchers. They handle the repetitive day-to-day work while freeing up your dispatchers to focus on more important tasks. Your dispatcher can see what every agent has done across every order, what’s scheduled to happen next, and where the agent has questions.

At current pilot customers, SuperAgents are handling hundreds of emails and order updates per week to follow up with carriers on the status and ETAs of dispatched orders — with no human intervention.

You can hand off a one-off task or set an agent up on a recurring schedule. SuperAgents can match your team’s voice and processes, and they learn as time goes on. They’re always on, can handle dozens of conversations in parallel, and log every action back to Shipper TMS so nothing happens out of sight.
