As for all of you, there is no blueprint for how to navigate this trying time of the COVID-19 pandemic. What is most clear to us is that as our families, businesses, and communities are being impacted, we must take care of one another to persevere. As all of Super Dispatch employees have been encouraged to work from home, it’s important that you know we are still as vigilant about our service to the auto transport industry as ever. While our services are still up and running, one other immediate way we can think of helping you all is by providing information on how we will continue to support you, tips on how car haulers can stay healthy on the road, and access to all of our team for any of your needs.

If there is one thing you take away from this message, let it be that we are not going anywhere. We understand that even in the toughest of times, cars still need to be moved and our job is to help you all do so as quickly and safely as possible. Which is why, for the foreseeable future, our support times will not change. As long as you are still up and running, so are we. 

During this difficult time, our promises to you:

• You can still reach our support team via chat, email, or phone 8am CT – 8pm CT.
• All systems not only remain fully operational, but scheduled releases and improvements will continue on time. 
• We will be extending the duration of free trial access for new users. 
• Returning carriers will be offered free access. 
• New shippers will get license fees waived and discounted for the first 6 months.

Tips to Stay Safe On The Road

We appreciate every car hauler out on the road and want to make sure we are all taking appropriate measures to protect ourselves from potentially spreading COVID-19. As our phones are critical to the success and efficiency of moving cars, it’s important we keep in mind how we can minimize risk as they exchange hands. The following are simple tips that go a long way in keeping you safe and healthy while on the road. 

Apple products (iphone, iPad, etc.)

•  Apple approves the use of a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe
•  Clorox disinfecting wipe on the surface of all Apple products. 

Google (Pixel)

• Google approves the use of an isopropyl alcohol, as well. 
• Clorox wipes are also acceptable to clean your Pixel phone.

Samsung (Galaxy)

• updated its cleaning guidance to include alcohol-based cleaners. 
• Galaxy owners are advised to dampen a cloth with a disinfectant or alcohol-based solution and wipe gently.
• Do not apply liquid directly onto your phone. 

General Tips

• Microfiber towels, an antibacterial cleaning cloth, or a soft lint-free cloth have been recommended to be gentle on your phone. 
• Do not use paper towels as they can be too harsh on your phone.  
• Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and warm water.
• If you are without soap, any hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content is effective.
