In 2025, you moved more than 10 million vehicles using Super Dispatch. Our company nearly doubled its shipper and broker customer count and grew its carrier customer count by more than 30%.
I say this all day, every day…THE MARKET IS MOVING TO SUPER. And it’s moving to Super because we are focused on solving your everyday challenges.
And while 2025 was big, 2026 will be bigger. It will be your best year…and as a result, it will be our best year. Super Dispatch will launch new products, improve existing features and bring the auto transport community together.
Specifically, here’s what’s coming…
Launching New Products:
For Carriers
A credit card with exclusive fuel discounts. Fuel is one of your biggest expenses. We’re launching a card that delivers direct discounts at the pump (and discounts on certain non-fuel items as well), automatically tracks expenses, integrates with financial systems and generates IFTA reports to save you time and money.
A carrier payroll solution. Payroll shouldn’t take hours every week. We’re building an embedded payroll solution that uses your Carrier TMS load data to calculate and manage dispatcher and driver pay automatically.
For Shippers and Brokers
An anti-fraud product. Vehicle theft and fraud are growing problems in our industry. We’re building a real-time scoring engine that combines Super Dispatch data with FMCSA insights to flag risk before incidents occur to give shippers more confidence in every carrier decision…and to aid trusted carriers in winning more business.
A set of virtual agents. There is a lot of repetitive work in auto transport. Acting as an extension of your team, our virtual agents will manage routine communications like load requests, customer updates and more…so that your team can focus on higher-value work.
Improving Existing Features:
For Carriers
Upgraded our OEM load management. We will enable you to better manage OEM loads with improved features that align to the OEM release process and facilitate transparent vehicle sub-hauling.
Expanded reporting and business insights. Carriers use Super Dispatch for day-to-day operations but lack visibility into revenue, profitability, driver performance, and cash flow. We will provide better reporting to help you spot trends and make decisions.
For Shippers and Brokers
Enhanced vehicle tracking options. We’re adding predictive ETAs, proactive alerts and an option for you to require tracking through delivery so that you know where your vehicles are.
Driver-level verification and driver-level transparency. We have a detailed carrier verification process but we recognize the need to go further here. We’re adding features to verify carriers at the driver level and to increase transparency between you (or your customer) and the driver when a vehicle is getting picked up / dropped off.
Bringing the Auto Transport Community Together
I try to meet with as many carriers, shippers and brokers as I can…and I learn something new from every interaction. This is an amazing community of hard-working, entrepreneurial minded folks who are powering the American economy. We want to be a company that brings this community TOGETHER…and we will do so in two ways.
First, we will host a set of Super Dispatch events. We’re in the early stages of putting together what we’re calling SuperCon. SuperCon will be our first ever carrier conference where we hope to, over time, bring the 10,000+ carriers together that use Super Dispatch. There is so much we can learn from each other. If you are interested in attending, let us know here. We’ll also bring shippers and brokers together at a summit this fall.
Second, we’ll see you at the industry shows. Whether it’s FVL, UCW, NADA or the many others, Super Dispatch will always be there. We’ll do fun events around the industry shows to bring us together.
