Survey Data of SuperPay Customers Confirm the Benefits of Automation, Convenience, and Time Savings

SuperPay is the first-in-market integrated payments feature within an auto transport platform. Since its launch in January, SuperPay has processed over $8,000,000 via SuperPay.
Lucky Load Giveaway
SuperPay has launched the Lucky Load Giveaway. Lucky Load is a mystery load posted on the Super Dispatch Loadboard. Super Dispatch will award whichever Carrier books that load an additional digital check of the same amount of the load booked. Essentially, whoever books the Lucky Load gets double the pay up to $1,000.
Potential Lucky Load winners must be a Verified Carrier on the Super Dispatch platform either through the free Driver App or the Carrier Transportation Management System and signed up and enrolled in SuperPay. Any winnings from Super Dispatch will be paid through the SuperPay feature. Enrolling in SuperPay is free and only takes a few minutes to complete.
The Lucky Load is a real load on the Super Loadboard. To receive the funds, a Carrier must complete the transportation of that load. There will be one Lucky Load per month every month.

In a recent survey of SuperPay clients, an average time savings of 10 hours per week was reported due to the ease, automation, and convenience of the SuperPay feature. Survey data also showed that SuperPay customers eliminated as many as four third-party payment platforms.
SuperPay now includes expanded payment terms, further defining the industry standard for automotive transportation payments. Shippers can quickly and easily set up payments to carriers with 5, 10, 15, and 20 business-day terms based on each customer’s unique business requirements.
